You can view examination and measurement results via MedGemak. As soon as a result is available for you, you will find it in the app. 

 

A doctor's explanation or conclusion may also be included with the result.

Where can I find my results?

Open MedGemak and go to your medical data or results. Here you can view laboratory results that have been shared with you, among other things.

Have you not yet installed MedGemak? Then you first need access to MijnGezondheid.net. Below you can read more about how to use MedGemak.

Do you have a question about your result?

Is a result unclear or do you have questions about its meaning? Then ask your question via MedGemak or contact the practice.

Do not use MedGemak for emergencies or complaints that need to be assessed on the same day. In that case, call the practice during opening hours. Call 112 in case of life-threatening situations.

Manage all your care yourself with the MedGemak app

Franken Zorg uses the MedGemak app. This app is linked to the patient portal MijnGezondheid.net.

  1. 1. Make sure you have access to MijnGezondheid.net

    Do you not yet have an account for MijnGezondheid.net? Then please contact Franken Zorg. We will register you for the patient portal. You will then receive the information you need to log in with your DigiD and activate your account.

  2. 2. Download the MedGemak app

    You can download the MedGemak app for free.

  3. 3. Link MedGemak to MijnGezondheid.net

    Open the MedGemak app and choose to link with MijnGezondheid.net. You log in once with your DigiD. After that, you can use the app with a personal PIN code.

    Do you need help linking the app? On MijnGezondheid.net you will find additional explanations and instructional videos.

You will see a result as soon as it has been made available to you via MijnGezondheid.net and MedGemak.
Not all data is always immediately available. If you cannot see a result that you were expecting, please contact the practice.
Your results may include an explanation or conclusion from your GP. If you still have questions after reviewing them, please ask them via MedGemak.
Yes. You can send a message to the practice via MedGemak. Please clearly state which test results your question relates to.
If your results are available via MedGemak, you can view them there yourself. Do you have questions, can't see the results, or has the practice asked you to contact them? Then please get in touch with the practice.
