This collaboration will continue after the move to the new health centre. Franken Zorg and Huisartsenpraktijk Kielman will operate as independent practices there, but will continue to support each other where necessary.

Cover during absence

During holidays or other periods of absence, the practices can cover for each other. This ensures that primary care remains available to patients at all times.

For patients, this means that cooperation takes place behind the scenes to organise continuity of care as effectively as possible.

Working under one roof

From 1 December, Franken Zorg will be based at Gezondheidscentrum Rijswijk on Papyruspad 1. The collaboration with Huisartsenpraktijk Kielman will remain an integral part of how we organise primary care.
